The solo show by the comedic, energetic and street-smart Leguizamo (dressed like a college professor in a smart-casual vest-jacket combination) is a joke-laden telling of Latin America’s past that makes room for dancing, wacky antics and, of course, a few lessons.
Even the proudest history buff hasn’t heard a culture’s historical retelling quite like this. Leguizamo injects his own persona into the Latin History for Morons narrative that doesn’t disappoint. You can catch it at Studio 54 through February 25, 2018.
